People Well-Being

Our goal is to foster a positive work environment for all people, regardless of how they identity. Without a focus on employee and leader mental health, the impact of engagement initiatives are short term. We strive to address common challenges that impact mental health and employee wellness in the workplace by offering group yoga classes like vinyasa, restorative, and strength and stability, as well yoga workshops to address specific needs like ergonomic & functional movement and deep rest. We're also available to provide learning for yoga teacher trainings in topics related to inclusion and equity.

Our principal is an Organizational Psychologist with experience in a wide range of people-centered disciplines. We will meet you wherever you are in your DEI development and support your organization at all levels..
